Located in the Federal Drug Administration’s White Oak Campus, the Office of Commissioner and Office of Regulatory Affairs (OC/ORA) encompasses Phase 5 of the six-phase FDA Consolidation in Silver Spring, Maryland.

Tidewater Glazing provided a blend of exterior and interior products for OC/ORA, including over 80,000 square feet of curtain walls, windows, and storefronts; over 55,000 square feet of aluminum composite panel systems; and over 8,000 square feet of interior aluminum and fire-rated aluminum framing systems.

Since 2002, Tidewater has maintained a steady presence on the White Oak Campus, completing numerous exciting and varied projects. In addition to OC/ORA, these projects include the Center for Drug Evaluation and Research office building (CDER2); the Center for Devices and Radiological Health laboratory (CDRH); the Center for Devices and Radiological Health office building; the Central Shared Use facility (CSU); and the Center for Biological Evaluation and Research laboratory along with two supporting office buildings. In all, we have successfully completed over $65 million in contracts on the campus.

OC/OCR was awarded LEED Silver certification.
